refund policy​

We want you to be happy with your artwork.

If you receive your artwork and you change your mind about the piece, you're welcome to return it for either a refund or exchange. You will need to cover the cost of shipping the item back to us in Los Angeles.

Please send us an email at seanhemeon@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your artwork to initiate the return or exchange. 

Once we've received the returned item we will issue the refund or ship the new item. If there is a price difference between the returned piece and the new one selected, an invoice will be sent to you that will need to be paid first.

Shipping the new item will still include free shipping. 

If your item arrives damaged please email us within 7 days of delivery and we will organise either a repair or a replacement to be sent to you.
