What is your refund policy?
Returns and Refund Policy
ORIGINAL ARTWORK:
We have a 30-day return policy on all canvas prints, unframed paper prints and original paintings, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. I am unable to offer returns on framed paper prints.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
FINE ART PRINTS:
We offer 30 day returns on unframed paper prints and canvas prints, however the buyer is responsible for return postage and insurance.
We are not able to offer refunds or returns on framed paper prints.
If you received a free gift with purchase, and the item you are returning was the only purchase, you will also need to return the free item or it's retail value will be discounted from your refund amount.
Due to the fact we package with extreme care, damages are extremely rare. In the unlikely event your print arrives damaged, please inform the courier and take a photo of the damage, including the packaging and we will arrange a replacement for you. Otherwise we may not be able to process the claim.
No returns on sale/discounted items.
As many of my art pieces are sent directly from a framer or fine art printer, please do not send your purchase back to the fine art printer, framer or manufacturer on your shipping label. I cannot guarantee that your purchase will be able to be received safely and this may result in a loss of your purchase.
To start an exchange or return, you can contact us. Once accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange / return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 24hrs so that we can arrange a replacement. If issues are reported after 24hrs replacements may not be possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, eg custom products (such as special orders, bespoke size/frame options or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Where are you based?
I am based in Los Angeles, in the US.
All my print orders are fulfilled by a US fine art printer and framer.
What materials do you use?
ORIGINALS
When creating original artworks I use mixed mediums (acrylic, oil pastels, watercolor, collage) on wooden panels, premium artists canvas, or archival watercolor fine art paper.
PRINTS
All prints are hand produced in the US.
They are carefully profiled for fantastically accurate and consistent reproductions using superior giclée printing techniques, that last a lifetime (100+ years) with appropriate care.
What is Giclée Printing?
Giclée printing is a fine art digital printing process that uses high-resolution inkjet technology with archival inks and papers.Originally developed in the 1990s, it has become the gold standard for reproducing artwork and photography with exceptional detail, color accuracy, and longevity. Artists, galleries, and museums often use giclée printing for limited-edition prints that closely match the quality of the original work.
Prints are hand produced using Cold Press premium fine art paper. Experience exceptional quality with our textured bright-white cold press 300 GSM paper, a 100% cotton fine-art paper crafted for artists and photographers. This paper’s bright white surface delivers a wide color gamut and deep blacks, capturing every detail with accuracy. The cold-press texture adds depth and dimension, making it perfect for fine art reproductions. Engineered for archival quality, this acid-free paper ensures your prints remain vibrant and intact over time.
The prints are exceptional quality and capture almost all the detail of the original.
Is there a way to see the artwork on my wall before buying?
Yes, if you are on my mailing list, you can request a room 'mockup'. Simply send me a picture of the wall you'd like to place the art on, with some of the room included in the shot, and I will create a mockup for you to show you how the artwork will look.
Do you offer bespoke commissions?
Yes I offer commissions as long as it is in the style I paint and I have free artistic license within the brief. I.e. you state the size, color, style etc and I will create the work.
What is your process?
My process is raw, intuitive, and rooted in emotion. I usually begin with impulsive marks—scratches, stains, drips—letting my gut lead before my mind catches up. I build up layers of acrylic, ink, and paper, then strip things away to reveal what’s essential.
I love playing with contrast—bold texture against soft washes, chaos balanced by stillness. I often mix media instinctively: acrylics, oil glazes, graphite, metallics, anything that helps me feel my way through.
Every piece is a negotiation between control and surrender, memory and presence. The result is art that doesn’t just hang on a wall—it hums.
