This piece is a reckoning with grief—messy, layered, and raw. It came out of a period of deep processing around my dad: what was said, what wasn’t, what still lingers. The title—lifted from that little cutout in the center—is both absurd and cutting, like grief itself. Humor meets heartbreak, and underneath the chaos is the slow work of healing.
